We do however guarantee that whatever phone you decide on, it will arrive exactly like it looks online or your money back so you can buy 100% risk free. Our parent company Infiniti Telecommunications does however have an office if you want to drop in and say g’day!

What is your return and refund policy?
All our phones carry a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Phones may only be returned if they are faulty and must be returned to a manufacturer as per warranty instructions.
Discount Mobiles is not responsible for service and warranty claims.
If you receive a faulty or dead mobile phone on delivery, please call us immediately on or contact us so we can replace or repair the handset under the Early Life Failure warranty. If your new handset becomes faulty within 14 days of the date of invoice (30 days for Nokia handsets) simply contact us and we’ll arrange for the handset to be replaced or repaired.
Only those faults that are deemed by the manufacturer to have been caused by the phone's internal software or as a part of the manufacturing process will be covered by the Early Life Failure warranty.

I’ve found the mobile I want cheaper on a different site. Give me one good reason why I should buy from you?

Ever heard of a grey import? If you’ve found a vendor selling the same mobiles as us as a seemingly impossibly cheap price – the chances are that it’s non-Australian stock.
Not only do grey imports have no Australian manufacturer’s warranty (so if something goes wrong, it will be a costly and time consuming exercise to send them back to the country of origin for repair or replacement) but often they don’t work on Australian networks.
Every mobile phone sold by Discount Mobiles is guaranteed to be 100% Australian approved stock - sourced only from authorised wholesalers, approved by the phone companies themselves.
All of our phones also have the full 12 month Australian manufacturer’s warranty.
When you buy from us, you know that you are getting the real deal at the cheapest price.

Which phone works best with Telstra?

Australia presently has three GSM networks, Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. Each of these uses a combination of the GSM 900 and GSM 1800 bands which are available on every handset currently available from Discount Mobiles.
In some other countries GSM services are provided via GSM 850 and/or GSM 1900 bands, one or both of these bands are supported by many handsets currently available from Discount Mobiles.
Australia also has an increasing trend towards third generation mobile technologies (3G) available from four providers (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and Three). Three of these networks (Optus, Vodafone and Three) operate on the 3G 2100 band which is supported by a large number of handsets currently available from Discount Mobiles.

Why haven’t I received my email order confirmation or tax invoice?

Two words: spam filter. Some email providers such as Hotmail and some of the other free web mail sites confuse our order confirmation emails as spam. Like all spam, it gets sent to either your trash or spam folder and you can generally retrieve it from there. We’re working out a way to get around this as we speak. If you require us to resend any invoice or email, we are more than happy to do so, or alternatively, call us to confirm we have the right email address
